Sea to Screen, in partnership with the International Ocean Film Festival, will take place on June 7 at Alamo Drafthouse Cinema in Corpus Christi.
Sea to Screen, in partnership with the International Ocean Film Festival, will take place on June 7 at Alamo Drafthouse Cinema in Corpus Christi.
This year’s selection of 12 family-friendly films will feature the world’s fisheries and the marine habitats, and people, that are vital to supporting them. The films will be shown in two flights in two theaters with a 20-minute intermission in between.
Before the films, and during intermission, attendees will have a chance to play along with some Gulf of Mexico trivia and get a taste of the lighter side of science through social media short films.
Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. and the films will run from 6 p.m. through 9 p.m. Tickets for Sea to Screen can be purchased for $5 on the Alamo Drafthouse website.
Attendees will receive free popcorn and a gift bag. Additional food and beverages will be available for purchase during the show.
